The specific design of data processing (location, scope, security measures) is defined in the data processing agreement concluded with the customer.
Processing is carried out—depending on the deployment model—on the basis of:

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), or
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Customer-specific data are not used to train public AI models.
